White Beer

What's the difference between Wine and Beer ? And What's the difference between Red Wine and White Wine ?

Well basicaly i don't drink but starting in a few coming days.. But the first thing that matters is that I don't know about drinking.. plz people help me understanding the terms "Beer", "Wine" ?? red wine and white wine ? And Which of these causes sleepiness ? And which is good in Taste and which is less harmfull...

Beer comes from from fermenting malted barley, or wheat, rice, corn. It is flavored with hops and can vary from being very bitter to a nice sweetness. Wine comes from grapes, red and white which are allowed to ferment as well producing alcohol. Ideally red wine comes from red grapes and white from white grapes but in some cases white wine can come from red grapes by removing the skin. The drier the wine the more bitter it will taste. All alcohol causes sleepiness because its a downer but a lot of people say wine makes them more sleepy. There is no better alcohol than others its all about your own taste and all can be harmful. Alcohol is essentially a poison that your body can retain in moderation but drink too much and your body rejects it ie: throwing up. Although one glass of red wine is said to be good to have once a day because it contains antioxidents but so do red grapes...drink in moderation and don't drink and drive!
