Why do these charities for victims of hurricanes or earthquakes or hungry kids always show kids crying?

They show a picture of a dirty kid crying, and try to force you to send them money.

1. All babies cry. Even a child of a celebrity or a king cries and gets dirt on their hands. Am i supposed to send money to billionaire babies too?
2. Even if the kid depicted is in fact poor, what are the odds that my money will help that particular kid.

I am sick of false advertisement !!
Who can i sue to put a stop to this tyranny and blackmail and extortion??

Well, that's basically nonsense. You're not even remotely being "forced" to do anything; you can simply change the channel. If you think that's tyranny, blackmail or extortion, you've obviously never experienced real versions of those things. Is it our fault that you've been sheltered?

As for the use of kids... well, that's advertising. Charitable organizations need something persuasive to put onscreen just like anybody else does. You might not like it, but putting a bunch of non-crying adults doesn't quite have the same effect.
