Can someone help me with my ping problem?

I have a game called Star Wars jedi outcast and the multiplayer is great except suddenly my ping is so high. I've never had problems with it and I have checked that no other programs are running. It's definitely my computer as every server I go to, I have the same problem. Can someone help me?
